EXPLORING ALONG SIDE YOUR CHILD
A storytime adventure for you and your child. In our time together your child will have the opportunity to play with friends, visit the goats, make art, get messy, and listen to a story. During your visit we will also explore different areas of the farm this could include, the Nature Center, the Farm to Table Play Space, the Mud Kitchens, and the S.T.E.A.M Shed.
WHY WONDERLINGS?
EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT
During Wonderlings, we emphasize the importance of early childhood development through wonder-based play and structured learning. Each session is carefully crafted to promote:
Literacy Development: Using picture books as a central theme, we foster a love for reading and storytelling.
Wonder-Based Play: Encouraging curiosity and exploration in a natural farm setting.
Art, Science, and Dramatic Play: Diverse activities that stimulate creativity and analytical thinking.
Fine Motor and Sensory Skills: Engaging in hands-on activities like art and mud kitchen play.
Social and Language Skills: Interacting with peers and adults, developing communication and socialization.
Decision Making and Inventiveness: Providing opportunities for problem-solving and creative thinking.
Kindergarten Readiness: Preparing children with the foundational skills necessary for academic success.
SESSION INFORMATION
Wonderlings will meet the following Fridays:
September 5th and 12th
October 3rd and 10th
November 7th and 14th
December 5th
(IF I have to cancel, the makeup day will be on 12/12)
There are two sections of Wonderlings offered:
9:00-10:15am and 10:45-12:00pm
Class size limited to 16 children
$125.00 for the Fall Session Registration
This fee is per child (18m+)
*We encourage 100% participation in the classes. I am not able to give a refund if you miss classes. Thank you for your understanding.
The personalized and fun experience provided by Mrs. Beach is comparable to none. She meets every child exactly where they are and has such a naturally warm way to communicate with them. Watching our child thrive in this program has been such a blessing. It feels like the perfect mix of Mary Poppins, Mr. Rogers, and Crocodile Dundee to create the most enriching and fun adventures.
